Redbox Delivery Policy

Red Box provides a daily delivery service as follows:

  1. Twice daily delivery options for grocery and non-prescription Pharmacy items.
    • Items ordered by 08:00 will be delivered by 17:00 the same day
    • Items ordered by 17:00 will be delivered by 12:00 the following day
  2. Once daily delivery of Prescription Pharmacy Items
    • Items ordered by 09:00 will be delivered by 17:00 the same day
    • Items ordered by 21:00 will be delivered by 17:00 the following day

Tracking & Estimated Delivery Time

Red Box Shopping provides the ability for you to track and trace the status of your order and the estimated time of delivery. You can track and trace your order and estimated delivery time by logging into your account.

Delays

While we make every effort to ensure delivery within the promised time frame, we also make provisions for genuine errors on our part, as well as mitigating circumstances that extend beyond our control.

In the unlikely event of a delay due to an operational error by the Red Box team, we operate a compensation policy as follows:

  1. For a delay of 1.5 – 2 hours beyond the estimated delivery time, a 50% refund of the delivery fee.
  2. For a delay of over 2 hours beyond the estimated delivery time, a 100% refund of the delivery fee.

In the event that the order qualified for Free delivery, the following applies:

  1. For a delay of 1.5 – 2 hours beyond the estimated delivery time, Free delivery of the next order regardless of purchase value.
  2. For a delay of over 2 hours beyond the estimated delivery time, Free delivery of the next 2 orders regardless of purchase value.

Our Drivers

Red Box utilises a team of independently contracted delivery drivers who operate to the guidelines of our Service Pledge. We make every effort to ensure that our drivers are courteous as well as professional in both manner and deportment.

Red Box issues our drivers with a digital ID and it is our policy that ALL drivers possess a current Police Certificate of Character and carry a Barbados picture ID at all times.

Fee Schedule

There is a nominal charge for our delivery service based on the value of your purchase. We utilise a fixed Fee Schedule for delivery as follows:

  • A $10.00 Delivery Fee for purchases of $100.00 and under.
  • A $7.50 Delivery Fee for purchases of $101.00 – $200.00.
  • A $5.00 Delivery Fee for purchases of $201.00 – $300.00.
  • FREE Delivery on purchases over $300.00.
  • FREE delivery on your current and next purchase for purchases over $500.00.
